7月ぐらいに言っていた、スイミングスクールリニューアル講座案内です。
私の話はともかく、コンサルの五十苅先生はマジ面白いです。元ウェイトリフティングチャンピオン
〜プロレスラーという異色のフィットネスコンサルタント。

スポーツクラブってのは、アスリートにとっても最高のトレーニング環境なんですよね。
経営も大切ですし、アスリート育成も大切。
今回のオリンピックがどれ程の国民に勇気と感動を与えたんでしょうね・・(T_T)/~~~

須磨学園高校 女子総合第2位 おめでとう!            

という結果でした。残念ながら個人優勝はできませんでしたが、まさしく復活のレースが
できました。今回はみんなに泳ぎをほめてもらいましたよ。

「考察」
400FR
レースについて、400FRは準備してきたことがすべて出せました。勝てなかったのは
4:15.0より速く泳ぐための準備ができていなかったから。敵を知らなかったこと
やね、コーチが。

800FR
今シーズンは1回も9分を切れてなかって予選8:55、ラスト200Mは体ビックリ。
決勝は久々8:50とベスト+3”まで復活。
わたしのでたらめ理論としては、昨年冬にヘモグロビンちゃんがなくなってしまって、
それ以来ずーと蓄えと強化してきて、400までのスピードは筋力や泳ぎの成熟度で向上
したが、800FRで、いわゆるVO2MAX的な要素が本当に鍛えられるのは、レースでしか
できなかったのでは。ということ。それが1年半かかったということ。
今回の負けたレースが、きっと体の耐力、と酸素を運ぶ遺伝子をonにしてくれたのでは
と、考えます。400までのスピードが生きてくるのはこれからだ。

やっぱ、昔どこかで書いていたように、勝ちに行く人たちが100%力出せて2〜3位、
勝つ人は、”なんとか記録”ぐらい出す練習していかないと勝てないってこと、やね。

全中で800FR優勝と400FR2位、今回は両方2位と3年に1回ぐらいはまーまー
の成績やから良しとします。4年後は北京、ブーイングの中、がんばれよー(@_@)。

結果は必然、常に何かを教えてくれます。過去オールOK、結果に悔いなし。  

前向きな報告はこの辺にして、JOCと国体でリベンジ!!

島根からアテネのOTちゃんに携帯でおめでとうメールしたらすぐ帰ってきたので、みんな

800決勝の朝、体が動いていなければ20X50 40”をする予定で、やっぱり
動いていなかったので実施。32”5〜33”0のフット。

考えるに、初日の400frはブリブリテーパーのきいた体。で、結果でたので、
今日あたりからトレーニング中ぐらいの体調になってきたと判断。
で、このセット自体は体動いていないが、午後の決勝アップではグッドな感じ。

800FR予選8:55.78 3位通過

本日は800予選でした。3番で決勝進出。
昨日のベスト更新=筋疲労を考慮し、アップはすべてエアロビックで実施。
レースは200づつビルドアップを予定。予選から行く予定でしたが600からきつ
かったそうですー。
アップでエンジンかけなかったことと、久々55秒で心臓びっくりしたんでしょう^^;。

400良かったからってやっぱ、そんなに甘くはないよね。勝負の世界は・・。

来た〜また台風だ〜。明日大会実施中止は朝5時に決定。中止でoffでも台風の中
でレースでもok。悪条件も大歓迎です。

姫路所属のUスケ選手は1500fr、16分40秒でした。

調整練習からの好調さをキープし予選、決勝とも良い泳ぎでレースができました。
残念ながら1番は取れませんでしたが、約2秒のベスト更新はGOOD。

明日800予選、明後日800決勝が楽しみです。

ハロー!夏ですね〜暑いですね〜台風よく来ますね〜。

そんなこんなで、予選会が終了しまして本番前となりました。
兵庫県選手権兼国体選考は、まずx2の結果となりました。予選会でも一番とっていか
なあかん!甘いx2!と鬼コーチはいったそうですが・・。

いい加減な計算によると、約70%の仕上がりで400が4分20秒で泳いでます
ので、本番まであーしたり、こーしたりしながら、本調子までもって行きます。
そーすると、希望的観測では4分??秒と8分??秒では泳ぐでしょう。
